They must demonstrate masterful negotiating skills, experience in the full-cycle recruiting process, and a knowledgeable pulse on the hiring market to effectively improve hiring strategies.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to contribute to monthly hiring targets, leverage technology, networking events, and relationships to find great candidates, act as a brand ambassador for Beyond Finance, and push themselves to ensure the job gets done. They will also be responsible for other opportunities as assigned.
