Candidates should possess client-facing experience and a solid sourcing background, with at least one year of experience, and full-cycle recruitment experience is a plus. They should be able to lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders, providing market data and recommendations, and evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements.
The Recruiter will lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders, review candidates through an Applicant Tracking System, develop recruitment marketing plans, source candidates via various methods including resume databases and networking sites, solicit referrals, utilize proprietary software for talent campaigns, engage candidates through various media, prepare candidates for interviews, assess candidates through phone interviews and skills testing, review background and reference information, and ensure consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
