Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have a minimum of three years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a corporate environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing techniques is also required.
The Recruiter will lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define position specifications and recommend effective search strategies, review candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), develop and execute recruitment marketing plans, source candidates via various channels including resume databases and networking sites, solicit referrals, utilize Cielo’s proprietary software for talent campaigns, engage candidates through phone, email, and social media, draft and utilize phone interview templates, assess candidate qualifications through phone interviews and skills testing, issue background and reference checks when necessary, and partner with hiring leaders to articulate job offers and drive for candidate acceptance.
