Requirements
Candidates should possess 8+ years of sourcing/recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, along with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier talent across multiple teams and functions. They should be proficient with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other ATS systems, and demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation are also required, and experience working with diverse and underrepresented populations is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
The Senior Sourcer will develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent, build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates, manage sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates, partner with Senior Recruiters and hiring managers to find and attract talent, drive the recruitment process from sourcing to candidate experience, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and use data to report on recruitment metrics to improve sourcing and recruitment strategies.
