Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience handling scheduling requests and stakeholder communication, preferably on a recruitment team

Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills that allow staying on track
Experience analyzing data, building spreadsheets with functions and formulae, and creating data visualizations using products like Looker Studio

Responsibilities

Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Gem, to complete interview scheduling tasks
Utilize pre-assessment tools like Coderpad.io to complete interview-related requests
Identify inefficiencies in processes/workflows and implement improvements
Be an ambassador of SoundHound AI's culture and values in all candidate interactions
