Candidates must have 4+ years of post-academic experience as a software engineer with demonstrated programming ability in a common language. Professional experience using AI solutions like Cursor or GitHub Copilot for software development is required, along with experience working remotely with global teams. Fluent English communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience operating independently under strict deadlines are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience conducting technical interviews, project/product/program management experience, and experience in a high-growth startup environment.

Responsibilities

The Senior Content Development Engineer will develop high-quality technical interview questions for modern AI-enabled engineering workflows, creating complex interview content including extensive codebases and objective design exercises. They will partner with Content Designers to develop new content formats enabling generative AI use in interviews, author new technical interview questions leveraging modern technology including generative AI, and uphold interview content standards through peer reviews and mentorship. Responsibilities also include integrating feedback and iterating on content based on performance data and feedback from the Content Corrections team.
