Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, is essential. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software is also required.
As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to employer branding efforts, maintain candidate pipelines, and track recruitment metrics to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
