The Recruiter should possess at least 3 years of corporate recruitment experience, ideally in a professional services company, and demonstrate strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement. They should be proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and have experience with recruitment marketing plans and Boolean search language.
The Recruiter will lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications, provide market data, and recommend recruitment approaches. They will review candidates via the ATS, evaluate qualifications, develop recruitment marketing plans, source candidates through various channels including resume databases and networking sites, solicit referrals, utilize proprietary software for talent campaigns, engage candidates through multiple media, prepare them for interviews, and provide timely updates on their application status. Furthermore, the Recruiter will draft and utilize phone interview templates, assess candidates based on phone interview notes and skills assessments, issue skills testing, review background and reference information, and ultimately influence the hiring decision by keeping candidates engaged throughout the process.
