Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 years of experience in recruiting across a wide range of disciplines
  • Experience meeting time to fill, quantity, quality, and internal hiring
  • Experience in recruiting using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with others
  • Ability to multitask and bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
  • Ability to negotiate effectively
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels
  • Ability to work within a highly dynamic culture, comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the use of recruiting tools such as talent profiles, performance profiles and behavioral interviewing
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Suite; specifically, Outlook and Word with the ability to learn required business systems
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process required to support hiring needs of the business
  • Routinely able to manage a volume of requisitions at any given time
  • Build and maintain relationships with HRBPs, hiring managers and candidates for a dedicated functional area
  • Collaborate and work in tandem with Sourcers on priority talent pipeline needs and staffing strategies
  • Partner with internal and external customers at all levels to understand hiring needs, develop and execute recruitment strategies and support hiring decisions
  • Provide support and guidance to hiring managers as it relates to interviewing, candidate evaluation and selection
  • Generate and implement comprehensive recruitment plans, including clear objectives, timelines, and tracking methods to share with respective hiring leaders
  • As needed, attend recruiting events (e.g., job fairs, university events or other recruiting venues as requested)
  • Understand recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of current and previous recruitment strategies as well as drive process improvements
  • Support the workforce planning process
  • Stay up to date on emerging recruitment trends, best practices, legal developments, and benchmark comparisons
  • Support special projects of varying size under direction of leadership
