Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across functions, departments, and global markets, in close collaboration with local HR teams, hiring managers, and globally distributed stakeholders
  • Serve as a strategic recruitment partner, aligning talent acquisition efforts with business needs and ensuring the right talent is matched to the right opportunities
  • Source, engage, and build relationships with both active and passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies and the development of talent pipelines
  • Conduct local market research to stay ahead of hiring trends, market practices, and talent availability, and provide actionable insights to the business to inform recruitment strategy
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, optimize, and enhance recruitment processes that support effective hiring in global markets
  • Represent the company professionally throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint
