Candidates must have at least 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2 years in an in-house environment. They should demonstrate the ability to work directly with executives and influence decision-making. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing ATS and the offer process is essential, along with the ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions and optimize recruiting processes. Proven experience in developing innovative sourcing strategies and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex candidate scenarios.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements. They will develop and implement creative, data-driven sourcing strategies and conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates. The recruiter will manage the offer process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and utilize recruitment data to track metrics and optimize processes. They will also challenge hiring assumptions, enhance the company’s brand to attract talent, and continuously assess and refine the recruitment process for efficiency and compliance.
