The Role

We are seeking a strong and versatile Talent Acquisition Partner to support the scaling of our technical and business teams. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from developing creative talent attraction strategies and positioning Medely as an employer of choice, to guiding candidates through our interview process and negotiating offers. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional candidate experience while securing top-tier talent. This position operates at the intersection of Product & Engineering, G&A, and Go-to-market teams, requiring a deep understanding of diverse roles and the ability to customize recruiting strategies accordingly.

Impact You'll Make

  • Conduct detailed position briefings with stakeholders and hiring managers for both technical and business roles, translating these into compelling and accurate job postings.
  • Assess job posting performance and manage job campaigns, including ad placement, evaluation, and analysis.
  • Review incoming applications and proactively source passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to gather essential information, evaluate, and qualify potential candidates for subsequent interview stages.
  • Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and continuously identify opportunities to enhance departmental processes and standards.

Who You Are

  • Possess at least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a SaaS startup environment.
  • Proven experience in tracking metrics and leveraging data to inform decisions, including hiring timelines, pass-through rates, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed performance goals by engaging, selling, and closing candidates.
  • Exhibit a high degree of flexibility in a demanding, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.
  • Skilled at balancing competing priorities while maintaining a clear focus on overall objectives.
