Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, the individual will assist with reviewing and screening applicants, scheduling candidate interviews, maintaining candidate care by tracking interactions and ensuring timely follow-ups, posting job openings across external platforms, supporting the team in ensuring job postings are well-formatted and reader-friendly, refreshing candidate communication templates, proofreading and improving job descriptions, maintaining documentation of job board activity, assisting in the closing process for filled roles, attending recruiting check-ins with hiring managers, contributing to special recruiting projects and process improvements, and preparing a presentation on their internship experience and learnings.
