Candidates should be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, and must be graduating between December 2025 and Summer 2027. They must be in Louisville, KY, and able to go into the Louisville office 1 day/week, and must not require sponsorship to work in the U.S. now or in the future.
The Talent Attraction & Candidate Communications Intern will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute recruitment campaigns and content strategies, support the planning and management of Humana’s presence on social media and job board platforms, create and distribute engaging content across internal and external platforms, assist in measuring campaign performance, conduct market research, help enhance candidate-facing materials, and contribute to high-visibility projects that shape the candidate experience.
