Requirements

The ideal candidate should be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information with integrity. Familiarity with Google suite, Confluence, Airtable, and HRIS systems is considered a plus, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and demonstrate a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, the candidate will assist in updating and refining HR policies, procedures, and documentation, take the lead in designing and launching an internal HR/People website on Confluence, support the auditing of HR databases and employee records, evaluate current leave offerings across all Aerospike locations to create a unified global leave policy, and contribute to shaping the future of work at Aerospike by exploring questions related to work arrangements and talent acquisition strategies.
