Responsibilities

  • Collaborate deeply with engineering leaders to shape roles and pinpoint characteristics of perfect candidates
  • Deploy innovative sourcing strategies to discover and engage top technical talent
  • Design and execute a disciplined interview cycle to assess candidate skill, drive, and mission alignment; enforce high talent bar
  • Manage full candidate lifecycle from initial screen to offer, including complex negotiations
  • Act as ambassador for technical vision externally at industry events and through network engagement
  • Manage recruiting agencies to company standards, negotiate terms, ensure brand reflection
  • Leverage recruiting analytics to identify inefficiencies and build talent acquisition framework
  • Deliver seamless, professional candidate experience at all touch points
