Candidates must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar coordination or administrative support role. Proven success in fast-paced environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently and accurately is required. Excellent organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with GSuite and/or Microsoft Office tools, and hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems are also necessary. Experience coordinating across multiple time zones is required, with preferred experience supporting recruiting teams in high-growth or SaaS environments and working with globally distributed teams.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers. They will manage candidate data in the ATS, serve as a point of contact for candidate inquiries, and identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows and candidate experience processes. Additionally, the role involves supporting onboarding preparation and contributing to talent initiatives such as employer branding, talent communities, and university recruiting.
