Responsibilities

Own maintaining a positive recruiting experience by scheduling phone, video, and in-person interviews in a fast-paced environment, and ensuring interviewers have all necessary materials and information prior to interviews
Manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while ensuring quality and attention to detail
Ensure everyone involved in the recruitment process, including Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers, adhere to the recruiting SLAs
Assist in sourcing active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics
Maintain data accuracy and integrity in Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring compliance with all local and global requirements, including GDPR
Communicate with candidates professionally and be responsive to ensure a positive candidate experience
Promote the Dashlane brand and use creativity to attract and market the company to qualified and strong candidates
Own weekly recruitment metrics
