Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Associate will deliver services within Abbott’s model and processes, acting as the main point of contact for internal clients at the first line manager level. They will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including requirement definition, offer negotiation within a standardized compensation package, and utilizing Abbott’s ATS and CRM. The role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies across various channels such as the Abbott careers page, job boards, social media, and referral programs, as well as managing bulk contract conversions and supporting regional partner initiatives. Furthermore, the Talent Acquisition Associate will support the hiring process to provide a positive candidate experience.
