Requirements

Candidates must have 6+ years of Early in Career (EIC) program development experience, 4+ years of project/program management experience, and 4+ years of experience delivering executive-level presentations. Responsibilities

The Program Success Early in Career Learning Strategy Manager will create, refine, and elevate EIC learning and development initiatives, including internships, apprenticeships, and full-time development programs. Responsibilities include partnering with business points of contact, advising on best practices, ensuring consistency across EIC programs, sharing data-centric updates, developing feedback loops, co-creating standards for business implementation, and managing projects for broader EIC initiatives.
