We are on the hunt for a dynamic Program Success Early in Career Learning Strategy Manager who can create, pivot, and recreate with a smile! As a subject matter expert in Early in Career (EIC) programs, you'll partner to build, refine, and elevate our EIC learning and development initiatives. From internships and apprenticeships to post-offer engagement and full-time EIC development programs, you'll ensure consistency and excellence across the board and help provide support across a variety of strategic EIC programmatic projects.
