Position Overview

ConnectOS is seeking a motivated and organized Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients worldwide. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and applicants.


Salary & Schedule

  • Salary Package: P50,000 - P70,000
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00 PM - 05:30 AM PHT)

Skills Required

  • Core Competencies:
    • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
    • Ability to manage calendars, schedule interviews, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, concise writing for job postings, resumes, cover notes, and client/candidate interactions).
    • Proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (e.g., GCAL, Gmail, Excel, Word).
  • Recruitment Experience:
    • Sourcing and pipeline building experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
    • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Nice to Have:
    • Experience in legal or compliance recruiting, including verifying bar admissions and professional licensing.
    • Familiarity with Brightmove or similar applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
    • Screen and pipeline candidates by reviewing 100+ resumes daily.
    • Conduct 20+ phone or virtual interviews to match client hiring needs.
  • ATS & Job Board Management:
    • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and job boards with real-time job status, candidate communications, and detailed sourcing activity.
  • Interview Coordination:
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates, including confirmations, calendar invites, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Job Posting:
    • Draft and post compelling job descriptions, based on templates or client input, ensuring accurate representation of roles.
  • Client & Candidate Communication:
    • Communicate regularly with clients and candidates, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience from start to finish.
