Requirements

Candidates should possess at least two years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally within healthcare, behavioral health, or a related clinical field, and demonstrate success in engaging and converting passive candidates. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Ashby, and other sourcing tools is required, along with excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and strong sense of urgency are also necessary, and experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Sourcer will proactively source licensed and pre-licensed clinicians, including psychologists, therapists, and clinic directors, using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks. They will cultivate and maintain diverse pipelines of qualified candidates, craft compelling outreach messages, engage passive candidates, collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, leverage sourcing tools and systems, provide market insights, and support hiring for key clinical functions across various settings.
