Job Description: Talent & Development Specialist

Position Overview

Unlimit is seeking a motivated and experienced Talent & Development Specialist to join our global team. This role is crucial in shaping and executing our talent development strategies to ensure our employees are "ready for tomorrow."

Responsibilities

  • Creation of onboarding and training programs.
  • Development of competency models and career paths.
  • Determination of training needs and creation of employee development plans.
  • Audit of the current system of training, assessment, and adaptation of personnel.
  • Building a system of training and assessment of personnel in accordance with the company's development strategy.
  • Management of HR and T&D development projects as a trainer and facilitator.
  • Creation of courses in various formats: video courses, training courses, interactive longreads, tests.
  • Organizing and conducting trainings and seminars.
  • Tracking the effectiveness of training programs and reporting.
  • Supporting the succession planning program to support and develop talented employees.
  • Budget control and performance reporting.
  • Implementation, administration, and optimization of onboarding and evaluation processes on the Humaans platform, automation of the L&D process.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Talent & Development (T&D).
  • Strategy Development: Proven successful experience in developing and implementing training and development strategies that meet company goals.
  • Training Methodology: Experience in developing training programs and training methodology.
  • Effectiveness Measurement: Deep knowledge of evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Technology Integration: Practical experience in integrating technologies and digital tools into training.
  • Program Management: Experience in managing evaluation and succession planning programs.
  • Language: Proficiency in English.
  • Additional: Relevant certificates and coaching experience are a plus.
