Responsibilities
- Address and resolve complex, currently unknown asks and issues.
- Collaborate with partners to translate business needs into actionable system requirements.
- Design, document, update, and configure systems based on requirements.
- Liaise with vendors to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions.
- Continuously develop personal knowledge and expertise.
- Maintain and monitor system performance.
- Document processes and cross-train internally with other engineers and externally with business users.
- Identify security risks, implement best practices, and provide organizational and team education.
- Actively participate in all aspects of the incident response lifecycle.
- Enhance incident response playbooks by leveraging automation for remediation or adding context.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related IT field.
- 3+ years of experience on an IT team supporting:
- Product/engineering functions
- Cloud infrastructure
- Corporate infrastructure development
- 3+ years of experience on an IT team supporting:
- Google Workspace Administrator
- Atlassian Cloud Administrator
- Contact Center Administrator (a plus)
- Experience with Single Sign-On/SAML solutions (e.g., Okta, ADFS, Auth0).
- Experience defining and implementing internal practices and controls.
- Experience building and maintaining telephony systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to the audience.
- Software engineering/scripting experience (a plus).
- Willingness to proactively learn and apply new skills and technologies.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Band: $70,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
