Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related IT field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience working on an IT team supporting product/engineering functions, cloud infrastructure, or corporate infrastructure development. Experience with Single Sign-On/SAML solutions such as Okta, ADFS, Auth0, etc., is required, as is experience defining and implementing internal practices and controls.

Responsibilities

The IT Enterprise Systems Engineer will be responsible for providing a consistent and reliable experience across all applications and services, partnering with the organization to ensure systems are maintained, installed, and configured appropriately for current business requirements. They will work through complex asks and issues to find a path forward, design and document system requirements, work with vendors to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions, monitor system performance, document and cross-train internally, identify security risks and best practices, and actively participate in incident response. They will also enhance incident response playbooks leveraging automation and proactively learn and apply new skills and technologies.
