The role is in a fast-paced environment where you'll thrive by problem-solving, taking initiative, and working closely with IT Support, Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, and cross-functional teams, including on-location support 1-2 times a week at the Oyster Point office.
A strong candidate is energized by problem-solving, has a user-first mindset, deep knowledge of endpoint and SaaS management tools, and experience streamlining support operations while meeting SLAs in a fast-paced setting.
