Requirements

  • Experience with Oomnitza for endpoint and asset lifecycle management
  • Ability to perform physical inventory management on-location 1-2 times a week

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality autonomous technical support across macOS, Windows, and SaaS environments, meeting or exceeding SLAs and CSAT expectations
  • Independently process and manage tickets through their lifecycle, including triage, resolution, documentation, and escalation, adhering to internal SLAs
  • Execute new hire end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware provisioning, account setup, Zero Touch deployment using JAMF Pro and Workspace ONE
  • Support and manage a fleet of devices using MDM tools such as JAMF, Workspace ONE, and Meraki MDM, including policies, configuration profiles, and administrative actions
  • Manage user access and licensing for SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, O365, Zendesk, Asana, Adobe, 8x8, and others
  • Support and manage physical inventory on-location 1-2 times a week, facilitate inventory reconciliation, and perform pre-hire machine builds
  • Perform endpoint and asset lifecycle management in Oomnitza, ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and cadenced reporting
  • Oversee lifecycle of deployable machine inventory, including asset reporting, procurement, receival processing, and maintaining office organization at Oyster Point
  • Create, update, and maintain technical documentation to promote self-service, support compliance, and enable team members; identify documentation improvements
  • Support audit-readiness activities by following IT processes and contributing to internal controls (e.g., access reviews, hardware tracking, license usage reviews)
  • Identify automation opportunities, evaluate workflows, and contribute to Tines-based automation solutions
  • Collaborate with IT Support, Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, and cross-functional teams to improve IT operations and productivity
