Requirements

Candidates should possess a BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with over 5 years of software and firmware security engineering experience. A strong understanding of security fundamentals, experience with software development and lifecycle standards (e.g., threat modeling, unit testing, incident response, code audit, CI/CD), and proficiency in Python, scripting, and system programming are essential. Familiarity with modern server architectures, effective communication skills, the ability to collaborate remotely, and end-to-end experience in delivering enterprise servers are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Systems Software Security Engineer will deliver security features crucial for NVIDIA’s Data Center business and collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive the implementation and deployment of security systems. This role involves designing, implementing, and delivering innovations to secure AI Data Center systems, with a focus on Root of Trust for boot, attestation, recovery, Out-of-Band management, debug, and overall security firmware development, adhering to industry standards such as OpenBMC, UEFI, TCG DICE, SPDM, PLDM, Redfish, NIST SP800-193, and CNSA2.0.
