Candidates should have 3+ years of experience configuring and supporting an Office 365 tenant environment, including AzureAD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, etc. They should also have experience with Identity and Access Management tools such as Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, OKTA, GSuite, Auth0, scripting with PowerShell or Python, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, Windows and Mac platforms, JAMF, and virtual desktops. Additionally, candidates are expected to have experience troubleshooting and repairing common IT hardware, supporting collaboration and productivity applications, and utilizing IT workflow and service management tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Spiceworks, and Zendesk. Finally, experience providing front-line customer service and/or support to many different customers daily is required.
As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Versapay’s end-user technology services, including O365, Azure, Okta, Azure AD, Intune, JAMF, and other supporting technologies. You will work with business and technology teams to build and deploy solutions, and strategies to solve key business problems, provide day-to-day break-fix and engineering support for key technologies, assist with deployment and administration of new business applications, maintain a high level of customer service, keep accurate records of interactions, write documentation, provide after-hours support as needed, and demonstrate a strong passion for helping people resolve technology problems.
