Candidates should possess 5+ years of relevant sales experience in renewable energy solutions, with a focus on Solar PV and Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs). Strong sales and business development skills are essential, along with the ability to drive sales objectives and achieve positive bottom-line results. Experience in consultative selling and managing complex commercial transactions is also required.
The Sustainability Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and closing customer mandates and services within the Renewable Energy Solutions practice, focusing on Solar PV solutions and RECs. They will identify and implement initiatives to achieve sales objectives, drive business development strategies, lead the consultative selling process, conduct sales presentations, engage with functional teams, provide support for proposals and contract negotiations, manage margins, and maintain knowledge of market trends. Additionally, the role involves attending industry conferences and performing other related duties as required.
