Senior Sales Account Manager

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and possess at least 5 years of technical sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in the medical device industry. Demonstrated ability to manage large accounts involving multiple team members and secure product distributions is essential.
The Senior Technical Sales Representative will promote and sell Medtronic’s products and services, develop and strengthen relationships with stakeholders, pursue leads, assess customer needs, provide product services, conduct market research, implement market development plans, communicate customer feedback, and drive adoption and penetration in accounts. They will also influence internal and external contacts regarding policy and procedures, and recommend changes in account strategy and tactics to achieve sales goals.
