Requirements

Candidates should possess 6+ years of operating room sales experience, preferably in medical device capital equipment, with 9+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare field. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and experience in surgical light and boom sales, along with operating room design knowledge, is highly desired. The ability to travel up to 50% of the time is also required.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Surgical Infrastructure Specialist will demonstrate strong operating room design and planning skills to provide solutions to key clinical, administrative, and technical partners, serve as a product-specific authority for sales teams’ infrastructure portfolio, proficiently utilize 3D room design tools to develop custom clinical workflow solutions, act as a subject matter expert for systems requirements, provide local support for strategic Enterprise Accounts team initiatives, collaborate with internal business partners to promote the Baxter Care and Connectivity Solution ecosystem, coordinate customer sales support activities, present infrastructure products to a diverse audience, conduct market research, and provide competitive product knowledge.
