Responsibilities

The District Development Representative will drive business growth by identifying market expansion opportunities, targeting new customers within a designated district, and executing market development aspects of commercial plans in collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams. They will build relationships with key potential customers, educate them on product benefits, and drive adoption and utilization to achieve or exceed revenue targets, facilitate communication between sales and product teams, collaborate with product management and marketing on launch plans, utilize product messaging to communicate value, establish and maintain customer relationships, identify and develop sales leads, and provide feedback to District Sales Manager and Regional Vice President while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
