Responsibilities include writing internal tools, scripts, or dashboards to streamline support processes, collaborating with engineering on bug fixes and escalations, and partnering with Go-to-Market teams to support customer onboarding, integration, and troubleshooting. Additionally, the Support Engineer will maintain documentation and build a knowledge base for common issues and solutions.
