Requirements

Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in a technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering role. Strong proficiency in Python and the ability to read and understand API logs are essential. Excellent communication skills are required to interact with both engineers and customers, along with comfort in working independently and owning customer issues from start to resolution. A bias for action and a passion for identifying root causes are also necessary. Experience with dev tools, APIs, AI/ML products, RESTful APIs, logging/debugging tools, and error tracing are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Support Engineer will act as the first line of technical defense for customers, handling both customer-facing support and backend debugging. This role involves investigating bugs, edge cases, and system behavior across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Responsibilities include writing internal tools, scripts, or dashboards to streamline support processes, collaborating with engineering on bug fixes and escalations, and partnering with Go-to-Market teams to support customer onboarding, integration, and troubleshooting. Additionally, the Support Engineer will maintain documentation and build a knowledge base for common issues and solutions.
