Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and external partners
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to achieving goals

Responsibilities

  • Onboard suppliers via communications from Saronic employees
  • Drive efforts for new suppliers, scope out the business case, identify department demand
  • Ensure ownership of data accuracy
  • Compile and retain all applicable supplier and Saronic supplier partnership documentation
  • Collaborate with the Supplier Quality Coordinator to ensure supplier information is accurate within the approved supplier list and current supplier certifications and documentation as applicable
  • Collaborate with the Supplier Quality Coordinator to ensure ASL diagram process compliance
  • Serve as the NDA process owner for Supply Chain
  • Manage all supplier forms and documentation through the appropriate internal channels and ensure timely onboarding initiatives
  • Report out and schedule regular meetings with appropriate representatives to ensure short and long-term project targets are met for the Supplier Development team
  • Coordinate offsite supplier visits for the Supplier Development team members
