Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute all requisition activities in our Procurement platform (Zip) for critical indirect spend categories, including Events, Marketing Expenses, and Consulting services
  • Responsible for ongoing master data management and data quality assurance within the Procurement system, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of critical records (e.g., supplier information, catalog items, and contract data)
  • Coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders (contract owners) to develop a strategic approach for all upcoming contract renewals
  • Negotiate to identify and deliver savings to the organization; maintain product quality standards, and focus on reducing costs
  • Make decisions with integrity that align with the organization's code of conduct and financial best interests
  • Work collaboratively with legal, finance, IT, and operations teams to ensure company policies and best practices are followed
