Responsibilities

The Supervisor, Planning will own key client lists, leading client communication on day-to-day media and managing projects internally. They will develop strategic and tactical media recommendations for clients, recommending channels and tactics to meet client objectives. This role involves managing a team, balancing delegation with support, and providing training to junior partners on media planning. The Supervisor will build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients, utilizing third-party audience tools to develop audience recommendations. They will employ competitive intelligence tools to identify category white space and drive media strategy. Furthermore, they will ensure flawless management of client media budgets, including flowchart updates and budget approvals, and support client billing. The Supervisor will craft internal and external perspectives based on media trends, participate in weekly status calls, and provide strategic POVs on media reporting, analyzing performance to uncover trends and implications for future strategies. Finally, they will stay current on industry trends and engage with the Media Team to identify opportunities for clients.
