Responsibilities

The Supervisor de servicio y postventa will supervise the functions of technicians, ensuring adherence to internal regulations. They will oversee the quality and timelines of technical reports and repair budgets, supervise the quality and delivery deadlines for pump equipment repairs in workshops and third-party locations, implement improvements in safety, infrastructure, and equipment for the workshop, and ensure the correct application of technical and safety procedures during service maintenance. Additionally, they will support with technical advice and quote services or spare parts to the sales area, propose training plans for the technical area, coordinate their execution, control and safeguard the inventory of equipment and spare parts, and provide technical support and advice for pump equipment installation, evaluation, and commissioning.
