Responsibilities

The Key Account Manager will deliver profitable, incremental revenue to their assigned account portfolio, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded. They will be responsible for both new sales and retention of existing accounts, driving the environmental solutions agenda at the highest levels within customer organizations and facilitating the delivery of various service offerings. This includes creating and communicating account plans, seeking opportunities for revenue expansion and price improvement, utilizing CRM to track activities, and maintaining awareness of market trends. The role also involves developing and maintaining customer relationships, completing required paperwork, and potentially traveling overnight as needed.
