Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the BU's overall strategic goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify and evaluate new market verticals, potential partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products/services and their value proposition.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (potential partners, clients, industry influencers, strategic allies).
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership on business development activities and outcomes.
