Requirements

  • HBO Level in engineering or business or equivalent experience
  • General understanding of mechanics, technical data and deviations, ability to analyse and interpret these topics
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in optimizing and improving production processes
  • Experience in shop floor management by lean principles
  • Pro-active, can-do mentality to get things done
  • Able to keep up the pace of your team and be mindful of their wellbeing
  • Good communicator on different levels in the organization and between departments
  • Fluent in English (Dutch nice to have)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of ~15 System assembly Engineers in Manufacturing
  • Daily shop floor management to assign resources, set priorities and report on system status
  • Leading a multidisciplinary team to work on continuous improvements of products and Manufacturing processes
  • Ensuring quality of products according to effective technical documents
  • Responsible for people management of your team (target setting, performance review, development planning)
  • Interact with R&D to support NPI introductions
