Responsibilities

The Director, WFM, Planning, & Business Operations will lead workforce management, scheduling, forecasting, and capacity planning functions for the Customer Experience and Support (CS) organization, administer and continuously improve all CS tools, develop and implement new CS tools to support the company at scale, design and manage operating mechanisms to monitor critical CS KPIs, and manage all Quince 3P BPO partners results to achieve operational efficiency and align CS resourcing with company programs and scale.
