Responsibilities

  • Work with clients at all organizational levels (C-suite to shop floor) to deliver strategic initiatives
  • Make realistic, data-driven decisions delivering tangible value
  • Combine technical, business, people, management skills, and collaborative mindset for complex projects
  • Understand complex programs/strategic initiatives and break into actionable pieces
  • Strategy and Execution: Leverage quantitative/qualitative insights for strategic alignment, roadmaps, prioritization
  • Process Improvement: Understand goals, process gaps, make/implement recommendations
  • Operational Transformation: Use data-based strategies for goals, performance gaps, closing gaps, demand prediction, lead transformations
  • Organizational Design: Align skills/responsibilities, spans/layers, governance, communication
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Identify, plan, lead post-M&A integration activities
  • Close gaps for innovation opportunities
  • Develop/execute strategic blueprints
  • Facilitate/lead large-scale transformations
  • Increase operational effectiveness with agility and collaboration focus
  • Position clients as sector leaders
