Familiarity with website usability, conversion rates, and customer engagement optimization, as well as experience with A/B testing, is also necessary. The role requires the ability to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with data and analytics teams on data strategy and implementation.
The Digital Strategy Analyst will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop digital analytics measurement strategies. They will design and configure tag management solutions for accurate digital data collection, and utilize various tools to analyze digital data from sources like websites, social media, and online campaigns. The analyst will identify trends and opportunities to enhance the digital customer experience, translate findings into actionable insights, and identify areas for improvement in website usability and conversion rates. They will develop and execute A/B tests, collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams, and present data insights to stakeholders. Additionally, the analyst will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of digital data through audits.
