Analytically skilled and excited to optimize transport services for riders, drivers, and partners

Responsibilities

Act as the analytical sparring partner of General Managers: identify, prioritize, and develop data-driven solutions to address operational challenges and improve service efficiency
Design, scope, and implement internally used software with the existing tech stack or using new tools when needed
Conduct data-driven reports and analyses, derive hypotheses to improve service (including supply planning, service quality, and unit economics optimization)
Work closely with data science and product teams to further develop tech products and algorithms supporting supply planning and economics
Collaboratively contribute to the strategic scaling of a high-growth company
Support daily operations of Via's mobility services across the DACH region by optimizing or automating day-to-day processes, operations, and supply plans
Identify opportunities and operational pain points, use state-of-the-art technologies to develop and deploy new software or improve and maintain existing tools or reports

The salary range is €50,000 to €65,000 a year plus stock options, with the final salary determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
