Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic sourcing strategy for the Legal Category that aligns with Blackstone’s overall business objectives
Conduct thorough analyses of legal spending patterns to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation
Build and maintain strong relationships with legal service providers, ensuring alignment with Blackstone’s quality standards and performance expectations
Lead negotiations with legal vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions, driving value and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams, to understand their needs and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging legal technologies to inform sourcing decisions and identify innovative solutions
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing initiatives and supplier performance
