Requirements

Candidates must have 20+ years of experience as a General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, or senior legal executive, with experience in or adjacent to the technology industry. They should possess leadership experience, a passion for helping others advance their careers, and a growth mindset. A minimum commitment of 12+ hours per month for 24+ months is required, with the ability to dedicate 3-5 hours per week. Candidates must be based in North America or Europe and comfortable in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

Coaches will form 1:1 partnerships with members to help them identify and track goals, improve leadership and communication skills, problem-solve workplace issues, and enhance overall job satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing virtual coaching sessions, participating in ongoing training, communicating with members via email or app chat, sharing coaching tools and insights within the Mento community, and acting as an ambassador for the Mento community with kindness, respect, and empathy. All coaches must complete an ICF-certified coach training program.
