Candidates should possess experience in sales, preferably within the technology industry, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to develop business plans and build relationships with key decision-makers. A deep understanding of the sales cycle, including lead generation, presentations, and negotiations, is also required.
The Strategic Sales Executive will be responsible for selling SailPoint’s Identity Management solutions to end users and channel partners, developing business plans aligned with territory needs, engaging with business partners, collaborating with marketing, following up on leads, marshaling technical resources, and ensuring consistent account coverage. They will also maintain a deep understanding of the territory, communicate product strategies, and consistently maintain customer and partner satisfaction while upholding company values.
