Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of sales experience, with a proven ability to motivate teams and achieve exceptional results. Established relationships within the Service Provider and Telecom Carrier ecosystem are essential, and prior experience with BroadSoft, NetSapiens, and Metaswitch is highly desirable. A deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, particularly Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) solutions, is required, with bonus points for CCaaS and CPaaS experience. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and executive presence are necessary. Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and a proven track record of building client relationships are also required. The ability to travel as needed is a must.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Sales Director will spearhead growth for the 2600Hz business solution by utilizing existing relationships to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. They will develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand the customer base within Service Providers and Telecom Carriers. This role involves staying abreast of industry trends, conducting market analysis, and competitor assessments to inform sales strategies. The Director will manage key partner accounts, drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through relationship management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities also include developing and maintaining accurate sales forecasts, sales reports, and other performance metrics, while ensuring a customer-centric approach and gathering feedback for product enhancements.
