Established relationships within the Service Provider and Telecom Carrier ecosystem are essential, and prior experience with BroadSoft, NetSapiens, and Metaswitch is highly desirable. A deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, particularly Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) solutions, is required, with bonus points for CCaaS and CPaaS experience. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and executive presence are necessary. Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and a proven track record of building client relationships are also required. The ability to travel as needed is a must.
