Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, and have at least 3 years of program management experience within the aerospace, robotics, or advanced manufacturing sectors. Strong organizational skills for documentation, reporting, risk management, and time management are essential, as is knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes like CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing, and Assembly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a customer-first mindset, a passion for new technologies, and the ability to thrive in challenging, high-tech environments are also required. A willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Program Specialist will act as a customer advocate, building and maintaining trusted relationships with aerospace clients to ensure outstanding experiences and foster long-term loyalty. They will collaborate with Strategic Program Managers and internal teams such as Sales and Solutions Engineering to execute complex customer programs, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans to keep projects on track. Additionally, the specialist will drive efficiency by creating playbooks, standardizing program documentation, and automating workflows, while also preparing and maintaining critical program reports and documentation to support program delivery.
