Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience managing projects or programs in product engineering or manufacturing environments
Hands-on experience with New Product Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), APQP and production environments
Expertise in more than one manufacturing processes, such as CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Die Casting, or Assembly
Customer-facing experience leading technical, operational and consulting engagements
Strong program management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage risk, and meet deadlines within a structured framework
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating across multicultural and cross-functional teams
Self-starter with strong business acumen and a customer-first mindset, capable of building strong relationships and influencing without authority
Demonstrated focus on process improvement

Responsibilities

Act as the primary customer advocate, building strong relationships and ensuring a high-quality customer experience that drives long-term partnership and loyalty
Collaborate with internal teams before and after the sale to ensure on-time project delivery while proactively managing risks and changes throughout the program lifecycle
Apply technical expertise in engineering and manufacturing to identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and manage changes that keep programs on track
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the program, providing insights and guidance to internal teams and customers to ensure clarity and alignment
Monitor program milestones and performance, adjusting timelines, resources, or deliverables as needed to meet customer expectations and quality standards
Facilitate regular status meetings with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment of program requirements, timelines, and quality expectations
Identify opportunities for process improvement and partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
