Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects or programs in product engineering or manufacturing environments
  • Hands-on experience with New Product Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), APQP and production environments
  • Expertise in more than one manufacturing processes, such as CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Die Casting, or Assembly
  • Customer-facing experience leading technical, operational and consulting engagements
  • Strong program management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage risk, and meet deadlines within a structured framework
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating across multicultural and cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen and a customer-first mindset, capable of building strong relationships and influencing without authority
  • Demonstrated focus on process improvement

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary customer advocate, building strong relationships and ensuring a high-quality customer experience that drives long-term partnership and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams before and after the sale to ensure on-time project delivery while proactively managing risks and changes throughout the program lifecycle
  • Apply technical expertise in engineering and manufacturing to identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and manage changes that keep programs on track
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the program, providing insights and guidance to internal teams and customers to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Monitor program milestones and performance, adjusting timelines, resources, or deliverables as needed to meet customer expectations and quality standards
  • Facilitate regular status meetings with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment of program requirements, timelines, and quality expectations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
