Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in sales or a commercially focused role within the digital advertising space, with a specific focus on data-driven advertising solutions. They should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota targets, ideally with experience working with leading platforms, media owners, and technology providers. Strong customer relationship management skills, including best-in-class retention performance, are required, alongside excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Furthermore, candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and deriving actionable insights, and possess a proficient understanding of data-driven advertising, including DSPs, SSPs, and CAPIs, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

As the Strategic Partnerships Lead, you will partner with platforms and media owners across various sectors, such as DSPs, SSPs, Social, Broadcast Networks, and Retail Media, to integrate Attain’s data offerings. You will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and generating partnership opportunities, establishing best practices for fostering and managing them, and pitching and acquiring new business. Additionally, you will lead full-cycle partner relationships, from initial engagement to agreement development and launch, while strategically planning long-term and short-term objectives to meet or exceed business goals. You will also serve as the external face of Attain’s business across key strategic targets, presenting thought leadership and demonstrating strong business acumen within the industry, in collaboration with account managers, revenue operations, and leadership.
